Morning Rituals are something I do before anyone in my family is up and its 100% me time, Self-analysis of where my life is heading and where I want it to head:
1. Sit down in Sukh Aasana and drink 1 glass of water kept overnight in a copper vessel.
2. Eat 3 soaked almonds without skin and 2 munnaka ( I will have a special post on the health benefits of almonds and munnaka..:) )
3. Brush your teeth and wash face and Eyes with cold water.
Now is the time for some Brain work
Journal all these things:
4.Where is my Life heading
5. What do I want to do and what I am doing
6. Maintain a separate to do task Journal my task and
7. read 5-10 pages of a book/ or inspirational quotes
8. Full body stretching -30 mins
9. Sit outside in open area and take a deep breath and release slowly. Close your eyes and smile. Imagine you are going to have a wonderful day. Imagine You have the power to accomplish anything and You am an unstoppable force full of positive energy and zeal!
Fill yourself with Positivity and life And lead a Happy day and Live life on your terms !!!
