How much water to drink in a day to lose weight ?

Want to shed some extra pounds, have tried other methods but nothings seem to be working? Have you tried the water Method?

Sounds too good to be true? but apparently it is true and studies have proven that it works. According to WebMD you can lose weight if you drink an extra glass of water every day, an extra glass of water lowers your calories intake by an average of 68 calories/day, which might not sound too much, but look at the bigger picture, it comes out to be approx 500 calories /week. To put this in perspective it is equivalent calories from two McDonald’s Hamburgers in a week !!

Here is how it works,  Drinking more water makes you a little less hungry because your stomach is already full with water and you will intake less food thereby cutting your calories. Water also helps your body flush out the toxins and keep your system at its best performance.

You might be little concern,“Could you be drinking too much of water ?” , well the only downside to this method is that you will be visiting the washroom more often, but it’s totally worth it because it works !!
