Ingredients:  Sugar and Honey

Procedure/Recipe:  Add 2 tablespoons of Sugar and pour 2 spoons of Honey into it. Mix it well and gently massage it into on your face or body in circular motion.

How Often to Use it ? 

I generally use it alternate days or 2-3 times in a week. This removes all the dead skin and makes my skin soft and supple.

Honey has anti bacterial and anti fungal properties which prevent acne and breakouts. it is also a deep conditioner which nourishes our skin and makes it soft and glowing. it is a natural humectant and it keeps the skin hydrated and young.

sugar granules acts as natural soft abrasive and has anti-inflammatory properties, gentle scrubbing improves blood flow to the skin and improves the quality of skin.

Dos and Don’t: Do not scrub you face daily or with too much of pressure. Be gentle and do not repeat it more times in a week.
